The Ocean

A mountain is supposed to rise above all

Compared to it we are like dolls

Mountains can kiss the sky

They do with ease what we could never begin to try

Yet with the help of the moon the seas exceeded these giants

The waves swell and roar like tyrants

They only become gentle when waiting on the moon

When she appears again the sea swoons.
